If you’re baking sourdough, you need to be using a cast iron Dutch oven, specifically with a lid. I live in a really dry state and my dough needs as much moisture as it can get!

Flour is everything when making your bread! I enjoy the outcome of my bread when I use King Arthur’s bread flour. You can use all purpose but you get a better texture with bread flour!

Making sourdough with a good scale is so much better than just measuring with cups. Personally I feel like it’s way more accurate and to you’re going to get a better bake with a scale.
