If you’re baking sourdough, you need to be using a cast iron Dutch oven, specifically with a lid. I live in a really dry state and my dough needs as much moisture as it can get!

Flour is everything when making your bread! I enjoy the outcome of my bread when I use King Arthur’s bread flour. You can use all purpose but you get a better texture with bread flour!
