I am so busy during the year that I don’t usually give time to read. I love the ability to escape into some books over the summer. And let’s be honest I don’t mind a little Somer smart too. So if you’re reading this just be warned there are some ‘hot’ choices.

We love a good family game night. Over the years, though these games and choices have changed. As our kids have gotten older, they’ve grown out of some games, others have been introduced, and then some old favorites still remain.

We absolutely love our dogs. They have stolen our hearts and an important part of our family. There are some doggy must have, though that helped to keep our house clean and our furry friends happy

My kids absolutely loved going to summer camp as did I as a child. As moms we want to make sure we’ve got everything they need to be comfortable, not homesick, and have the time of their lives!!

Whether heading out with my kids to a soccer game or wrestling match or heading into work in the field of education, I am always decked out in matching sneakers. I’m sharing with you my list of my favorite shoes for all events.

As the wife as a former college wrestler, who is now a high school wrestling coach, and with two boys who are avid wrestlers themselves, I feel qualified to make this wrestling mom survival kit

As the mom of two teen boys, I know it can often be difficult to figure out different gift ideas. Hoping this will give everyone a few extra ideas.

The transition to college can be a tough one. Having a daughter going into her junior year and another one entering her freshman year, I’ve compiled the list of all the necessities.

Whether you’re heading out to the woods or for a backyard camping adventure, it’s important to have all necessities ready to go

Make sure you’re ready for days on the lake this summer!!

Hello Fall!! If you love fall most of all add a little to your autumn decor.

I’ve spent years on a soccer field and these are some of my favorites. Be prepared for days on the sidelines with your family! No matter the weather, all these must haves will get you through!

Adventure awaits! Take advantage a day or trip to Chattanooga, Tennessee. A beautiful city, nestled between two mountains and located alongside the Tennessee river a fabulous place to spend time with kids or for a quick getaway.

A collection of books that have helped guide my thinking and self perception. Books that have assisted me in rising above obstacles to be the person and leader I want to be!
