We try to keep our Easter baskets relatively simple: a little candy, a book or two, and something to play with!

We love reading as a family, and do so every day and every night before bed. These are some of the books and series that my kids come back to over and over and over again!

My kids are always on the move. I truly believe their brains need their bodies to be active in order to feel regulated. Here are some things that we have loved in our family, whether it’s for sports practices or at home use!

Baking is one of those things that can either totally relax me or cause all the stress. 😂 These are items I recommend to make your baking journey the most peaceful.

I used to read all the time, but when I started teaching and having my own kids, it was one of the first things to get pushed aside. In the last couple years I’ve made an active push to get back into reading because I missed it so much. These are some of the books that have graced my lists since then!

We love living in the Kansas City area, and these are some of our favorite places to eat around town!
