This is my go to comfort food place. You'd think “steamed bagels” sounds weird and unappetizing BUT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MISSING! THE best food, hands down. Always hot - always a large sandwich.
Sully's Steamers
Great food and atmosphere. Doesn't matter how busy they are or you're eating during lunch where it's chill. Their food and service is always on point! Their beer isn't bad either. 😏

The first pizza joint we went to once we came to SC. The people are nice and the breadsticks with spinach artichoke is the way to go!!

Love tacos and this place is so good! I've tried every street taco and the asada and birria are my favorite.
Cucho's Taco Grille
Best Indian food we've found in SC. Their soup and food is absolutely delicious even when you order out.
Saffron Indian Cuisine
Fresh new location that really has delicious food. Inside it's friendly for you to sit in and enjoy. Wait times could be a couple minutes but I'd rather wait for good food than for it to be rushed and wrong.
Whataburger
I'm very simple with my food so I only get strawberries and kiwi with granola, vanilla (I think) ice cream and the acai flavor. Very delicious. Very filling.

Hands down the best family food and it's reasonably priced!! It's packed from the time they open to the time they closed so don't forget to put in your name to "skip" the line!
Texas Roadhouse
Italian place with really good Greek food! First time I had dolmades was here and I love them! Weird at first, but so yummy!

SO greatful for this place. I love the green iced tea with peach flavoring!
7 Brew Coffee
Number one ramen choice in the area. The staff is really friendly and the restaurant is small so the one TV they have playing videos on is perfect for everyone to see
Menkoi Ramen House - Woodruff
SUCH a delicious place if you want a great crepe meal! Always busy, so make sure to book a reservation.
Bonjour Main
Burgers are made fresh daily, the fries are hand-cut, and the fried chicken sandwich with house sauce is a favorite.
The Circle Diner
Small restaurant with some real country food and always packed.
The Junction of Gowensville
The burgers they serve here are fantastic, and their loaded chips appetizer is also absolutely delicious. Seriously, you could just order that and have a perfectly satisfying meal.

Absolutely love this zoo! We try to go at least twice a year. There's plenty of things for the kids to do while exploring the animals and their habitats.
Riverbanks Zoo & Garden
If you need something fun and reasonably priced to do for the day, check out Greenville's Zoo! It's a quick run through - an hour maybe - then have your kids play in the park right outside the gates. The best part is Boo in the Zoo around Halloween.
Greenville Zoo
LOVE this park. There is the little park for kids under 2yo and then the larger one for everyone else. There's also a huge baseball field and a disc golf course that wraps around this park.
Century Park
Great place for the kids when is raining outside and they need to get energy out.
Kangaroo Jax
Not SC but it's so close by and it's a great place for a family fun day. The Peanuts area for kids is the best for finding everything Snoopy.
Carowinds
Couple hours worth of fun for the kiddos. There's a Spartanburg location too which is a bit smaller and for the littler kids.
The Children’s Museum of the Upstate
Such a great place to have a good day of fun with friends and family. Food is great too. Half off Tuesdays!
