3/5. This book a good for cycle syncing basics and some of the pathophysiology behind the endocrine system and why these methods work. TW: Disordered Eating. I think the approach from this book is a little extreme. At times I felt like the protocol she outlines is way too restrictive and not realistic for most people's lives. If you want to understand the basics and benefits of cycle syncing and are able to take the info that works for you and leave the rest I feel this is a good place to start!
