So many good workout classes and gyms in NYC- these are some of my favorites!
Classes/Studios
super cute studios, classes are fun but not super challenging
candlelit yoga with fun music
yoga sculpt is my go-to! the first week i believe is free if you want to try it
intense full body workouts, you'll be sore after!
harder than most other barre classes I've done
hot yoga

get all access! nice to have a gym (and shower) in every corner of the city
local gym in Williamsburg, good classes and great location
