pizza in the backyard, really cute outdoor space. pizza served til either 4 or 5 so better for lunch or early dinner
The Brickery
nice ice cream shop with fun flavors

nicer restaurant associated with the brickery, dinner or brunch, on the pricier side
Cafe Beaujolais
awesome place for coffee. also part of the brickery/cafe beaujolais. can get drinks here too
The Waiting Room
really cute spot! southern food, family owned and has a very cozy interior. get the hush puppies!

beautiful views right in town, can easily walk around here from town
Mendocino Headlands State Park
slightly north of the town of Mendocino, lots of beautiful hikes
Russian Gulch State Park
technically in Fort Bragg (also a cute town worth checking out). Lots of different types of train rides but is supposed to be cool. wanted to do the weekend train which takes you to a cute outdoor bar but ended up going on a weekday
Skunk Train
in Fort Bragg. ran out of time to do this but people rave about it
