If you are like me and dye your hair or do highlights and get some frizz or even if you use a lot of heat, or just because your hair gets drier, let me tell you about the products that help me the most to bring light and life to my hair, for a beautiful not only healthy but soft, frizz free and hydrating shinny hair all the time. And yes you should not use heat everyday and if you do that please don't forget to use a heat spray oh and yeah put SPF spray for hair during summer please, I have natural dark blonde hair and as I got older like 19 or 20 I decided to light my hair and do some highlights and my hairdresser the moment I left the salon told me to use hair conditioner SPF spray and I did not even know that was a thing and it was not easy to find one but I did and I swear it does the job.
