Pixley Falls is about 18 miles north of Rome on Route 46. It's a beautiful place where you can go for a walk along the trail, or sit by the gorgeous waterfall, picnic, and even have a dip in the water.

About 18 miles north-east of Rome is this charming farm where they grow lavender. You can also meet the animals (including, when we were there, cute baby goats), and they have a butterfly house too.
