Great product for acne and redness
Tea-Trica Relief Ampoule
Really good drugstore moisturiser
Deep Hydration Moisturizing Cream - Skincare
Helped so much with my dry skin! 100% lightweight and perfect for sensitive skin.
The Water Cream Lightweight Pore-Refining Moisturizer
Absolutely love this duo! Helped sooo much with my acne (I have hormonal acne and it did wonders). I recommend just using this two product alone if you have sensitive skin at first and after a few weeks add a serum if necessary.
Youth To The People - Effective Formulas For Healthy Skin
I love this one when my skin feels irritated or reactive. It’s super gentle, doesn’t burn or sting, and helped calm my skin while still doing a great job cleansing.
Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Facial Cleanser
My skin drinks this up. It gives me that instant hydration without feeling greasy, and it’s one of the few products that doesn’t irritate or clog my pores.
NEUTROGENA ® Hidratante Facial Water Gel HYDRO BOOST
I have super sensitive, acne-prone skin and this SPF has been a game changer. It doesn’t make me break out, feels weightless, and actually helps calm my redness.
EltaMd SPF
(Short-term use only)
Sometimes my skin gets red or itchy from a reaction, and this helps calm it down fast without causing breakouts. I only use it sparingly, but it works wonders when needed.
Vanicream 1% Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream
Good sunscreen for a bit of color and glow. Would not recommend every day if you have acne prone skin tho.
Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40 - Tinted Sunscreen & Primer
Body products
LOVEEE this scrubs. They have really good smells, recommend vanilla, vitamin c, tangerine and pink hibiscus.
Body Scrubs – Tree Hut Shea®
I use this a few times a week on my back and shoulders, and it made a huge difference with breakouts. It’s strong, so I follow up with a good moisturizer.
PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Maximum Strength ...
I use this on scars or dry patches, and it’s helped fade marks over time. It’s lightweight and sinks in nicely without feeling heavy or sticky.
Bio-Oil®
I love this body wash for when I want something gentle but with a refreshing scent. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and leaves me feeling clean and soft — plus the berry scent is so fresh without being overpowering.
Method Body Wash – Berry Balance
This one hydrates really well and gives my skin a smooth, firm feel over time. It’s not sticky, absorbs nicely, and the scent is soft and clean.
NIVEA Skin Firming Nourishing Hydration Body Lotion

Dry brushing has become a favorite self-care step for me. It gently exfoliates, boosts circulation, and honestly just feels energizing — especially before a shower.
Dry Body Brush
I use this in the shower with shampoo and it feels like a mini scalp massage. It helps with buildup, promotes circulation, and makes my hair feel cleaner.
Scalp Massage
When I take time for Gua Sha, I notice less puffiness and more definition in my face. It’s also super relaxing and helps release tension in my jaw and temples.
Jade Gua Sha Skincare Tool
This is my go-to for mornings when my face feels puffy or irritated. It cools, calms, and gives an instant refreshed look — plus it feels amazing.
Ice Roller
I swapped out my loofah for this and it’s so much cleaner and gentler on my skin. It exfoliates just enough without being harsh, and it’s easy to rinse and dry.
