This is my first San Francisco's favorites spots list. From savory to sweet, from cocktails to wine, and everything in between. Think of this list as something you can share when you or someone you know is visiting San Francisco. It's a good mix of things that will not disappoint.

Are you feeling fancy? Do you want to dress up and have a great cocktail inside a “speakeasy” like bar with incredible wall papers? Then LeftDoor is where you should go. Ps: They have delicious bites too
Left Door
By far, my go to Pizza spot in San Francisco. Skip the appetizers, and focus on the pizza. You need a reservation or put your name down and go grab a drink while you wait. My faves are the cacio e pepe pizza, and I love ordering the burrata pizza and... Ps: Their soft-serve is delicious (don't skip it) Ps1: If you're a kid at hear like me, ask for crayons so you can draw and sketch while you're waiting for your food.
Flour + Water Pizzeria
Do you want to eat delicious Turkish food and try really fun wines in a cozy relaxed environment? Then check out Kitchen Istanbul.
If you're a wine aficionado, then you must check out this place. Their wine list is exquisite (and they also won an award for it). I highly recommend doing the half glass tasting for $30 and let the somm know what you like or just do what I do and le...
Kitchen Istanbul
Yes, by now you can probably already tell that I like wine. Golden Sardine has a very welcoming atmosphere, it's beyond cute, and if you like Rieslings, this is a place to check out.
Ps: They also do poetry readings sometimes if that's your scene.
Golden Sardine
There's not a lot to be said about Cotogna. It's the best Italian food restaurant in San Francisco period. Everything on the menu is delicious. The only caveat is that it's tough to get a reservation but you won't regret it.
Cotogna
This is another one of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Order the lamb chops, the octopus, and their saganaki. Hands down the best Greek restaurant in San Francisco.
Kokkari Estiatorio
Their hoagies are 10/10, the cookie is 8/10, and wine selection is 8/10 (a bit overpriced IMO). I would go back just for their Italian sandwich (do that, and go eat it at the beach).
Palm City
If you like Ice Cream - you can't not visit Swensen's. I've tried most of the ice cream shops in San Francisco and nothing beats Swensen's. Top 3 flavors: Cookies & cream, blackraspberry marble, and orange chocolate chip.
Swensen's
I dream about the Tartine Almond croissant and their ham & gruyere croissant, oh wait I can't forget their morning bun.
Might be obvious but yes, their bread is superb as well.
Tartine Bakery
This is where I buy all the wine that I drink. Their selection is INCREDIBLE and if you like tastings, they host different ones every week. Their staff is very knowledgable and super helpful. There's nothing in the city that beats the prices and the ...
I even thought about gatekeeping this one but I felt like I should share the love with those who love wine as much as I do.
K&L Wine Merchants
Delicious Spanish tapas, great selection of natural wines, good vibes, excellent music. I love the neighborhood bar feel in this place.
