Being a bookworm and a fan of genres like epic fantasy, I often find myself in a hold of exciting book series that pull me into epic adventures, even whole new wolds worthy of discovering. This is a list of my favourite book series, for now!
Although a children's book series, it became a huge part of contemporary pop-culture, with fans of all ages across the world.
Harry Potter Book Set | Barnes & Noble
An exciting epic fantasy series that gets better and better with every book. It's a great read for those who are new to the epic fantasy genre.
The Inheritance Cycle
An epic fantasy classic. It could be a bit difficult for readers that are new to the genre, but its rich world-building and complex storytelling make it worthy of an effort. I recommend reading it after The Hobbit.
The Lord of the Rings
I admit, I didn't finish it, but I fell in love with the story on the first page.
The Wheel of Time
Another series written for children, but I find it suitable for all ages. Funny, sassy and sarcastic read loosely based on Greek mythology.
Percy Jackson & the Olympians
The sequel of the Percy Jackson and the Olympeans, it carries on with the same, contagious sence of humour.
The Heroes of Olympus
Okay, now it's obvious that I love Rick Riordan's unique writing style and humour! This one revolves around Egyptian mythology, ancient magic and an eternal battle of good and evil.
The Kane Chronicles
A series that is 41 books long! But every book is a story of its own. Very unique, witty and a bit chaotic, it certainly isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's a precious gem for those who seeks for something different.
