This seems to really help keep my night guard retainer clean! Throw it in with some fresh warm water and let it run. Sometimes I add a cleaning tablet for extra freshness and it really does feel like new.

You can buy night guards at any store but they won't be custom fit to your mouth and can feel bulky. They will be more cost-friendly than getting one custom made at the dentist, though.
