Love this series. If you don’t mind a bit of horror, mixed in with a lot of spice and a mmc who is to die for, then this will be for you. Check the trigger warnings though cos it is quite graphic, especially the horror parts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Butcher & Blackbird (The Ruinous Love Trilogy, #1) by Brynne Weaver
2nd book in series. Based on different fmc and mmc. Though all make appearances in other books as all characters are connected. This is my favourite book of this trilogy. I really loved the dialogue and relationship of the mmc and fmc in this book. A...
Leather & Lark (The Ruinous Love Trilogy, #2) by Brynne Weaver
3rd book in trilogy. Probably my least favourite of the 3. But still a must read. Think i didn’t enjoy as much as fmc seemed way to clingy and ditzy. And with the mmc and who he is in the book (doctor) and what goes on in their lives, I dunno ethical...
Scythe & Sparrow (The Ruinous Love Trilogy, #3) by Brynne Weaver
This book transgresses more than one genre, its horror/ thriller/ psychological thriller. I put it in horror as honestly some of it was a lot to visualise!! You know how if you watch a horror movie and it’s uggghhhh so you cover your eyes?? That’s th...
Huntingfield Manor: Run, hide, or die.
Wow this book took me completely by surprise!! It has been sitting on my kindle for a while and I wanted to clear my kindle so started going through the books that had been there for ages. As soon as I started this, I was like why didn’t I read this ...
Huntingfield Manor: Run, hide, or die.
Another great Aussie Indie Author, not only is this a horror, but a psychological thriller, with lots of twists and turns you don’t see coming. It is more of a novella or a ‘long story’ in my eyes coming in at about 80 something pages. Another read t...
1041 (The 1041 Saga)
Loved this book, to start with I wasn’t sure where it was going to lead. This book drew you in, and had you feeling what the fmc was feeling. Was a nice mystery, with a good ending, nothing earth shattering. I did get a bit annoyed with the fmc, want...
The Fine Art of Lying: A Reese's Book Club Pick
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my favourite book of hers to date. Loved the various relationships the fmc has. Enjoyed the lower level spice (not a huge spice fan in books) and the epilogue!!! Didn’t see that coming. Harper is by far my favourite fmc of this authors.
Tourist Season (The Seasons of Carnage Trilogy, #1) by Brynne Weaver
