items Little things that save me time, make life easier, or prevent me from losing my mind in a house with ten people.
I can’t even take credit for finding these—my mom gave me one and it’s PURE MAGIC. Wet it, wring it out, wipe. Mirrors, glass, stainless steel… no cleaner required and everything comes out ridiculously shiny.

I genuinely didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. Now we use it basically every day. It’s one of those appliances that earns its counter space because we’re constantly throwing something into it instead of turning on the full oven.

Homemade bone broth in about 90 minutes instead of having something simmering for approximately the rest of my natural life? YES PLEASE. I love this for anything I’d normally pressure cook or slow cook.

“Mom, have you seen my charger?” There are ten people in this family. I refuse to spend my remaining years looking for charging cables. Buy multiples. Put them everywhere. Protect your peace.

Since all of my conveniently located outlets are already occupied by somebody’s phone charger. A cordless vacuum is a NEED in this house. I’ve tried the viral expensive ones. Shark wins for me.
Deal: Shark® Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum, Ice Blue, IX141AMZ | Large Dust Cup, LED Headlights, Removable Handheld Vac, Lightweight, Crevice Tool, Carpet & Hard Floors, 40-Min Runtime
I really like these. They smell great, take up basically no space, and there’s no giant bottle of detergent to lug around or spill. Plus they’re so simple my kids can do their own laundry—which may actually be my favourite feature.
Clean People Laundry Detergent Sheets - Recyclable Packaging, Hypoallergenic, Stain Fighting - Ultra Concentrated, Laundry Soap - Fresh Scent, 96 Pack
Irregular-period girlies, you understand 💗 These have saved more than one pair of light-coloured pants from a very unfortunate ending. I like having them around for the days when my body refuses to provide a schedule.
Revol Cares Period Underwear
Technically great for travel. I actually keep one in my purse all the time because I can SEE everything inside it. No more digging through the bottom of my bag like I’m searching for buried treasure every time somebody needs something.

Eight kids. I don’t think this needs further explanation 🤣 I keep one in my purse because someone is inevitably going to spill something on themselves five minutes after we leave the house.

We’ve tried SO many phone cases in this family. These are the ones I keep coming back to because they’re cute AND they actually do their job. My phone has survived things it frankly had no business surviving.

Sunscreen sticks are SO much easier when we’re out. Toss it in the bag, swipe it on, done. I especially like this little one because it takes up basically no room and makes reapplying so much less annoying.
