I am 56 years old and a GenXer who is solidly ensconced in the throes of menopause and I need supplements to get me through the rough patches.
I've been using this liquid form of methylfolate about a month and have noticed a difference in my level of energy and clarity. The mental fog of menopause has finally started to lift with this support supplement.
