Things for my dorm I actually used all four years. It will make your life easier
Cheaper than a tv and can be a bigger picture as well. I loved my projector and made movie nights super easy.
TV, Video & Multimedia Projectors
If you have to go to a different building to do laundry this rolling hamper is a lifesaver

These storage cubes were great for storage, they also folded up nicely and the shelves were semi easy to move for moving in and out

A mini fridge was a lifesaver esp. when I had classes that went through the mealtimes. Make sure to read the rules to check if it’s allowed

Most colleges don’t allow candles and you don’t want your dorm smelling so This is a great alternative

Depending on where you go bugs can be a huge issue I just had one of these plugged in and it took care of any bugs that flew in

You’ll need a shower caddy to carry your things to and from the showers
