This mask defog works REEEEEALLY well!

Shark-free squalane!! I like to use this after a swim (especially after a pool swim) to rehydrate my skin. I also use it in my day-to-day skin care.

I don't always use this specific brand, but a good saline eye wash will flush out anything that gets into your eyes while swimming (especially if you swim without goggles!)
