This park was recently updated and is so great for kids of all ages! There's plenty of parking in nearby lots and easy access to public bathrooms.

While finishers no longer receive a certificate, this is a great way to see a variety of trails in the area.

This farmers market has a little bit of everything!
Hillcrest Farmers Market
The variety of plants is amazing, and their children's area is great. Membership to this garden offers reciprocal admission to many other great gardens.
San Diego Botanic Garden
This is such a fun and unique spot to visit! It's a great area to also have lunch after exploring the cave.

This is a smaller aquarium but contains a great variety of sea life. You can also go tidepooling in the area after finishing at the aquarium.

While they are best known for their pizza, everything on the menu is great here!

The food is great and the location is even better! However, the parking lot does fill up on the weekends, so plan ahead.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes.
Loving Hut San Diego (North Park)
This is such a cute cafe with amazing Greek cuisine!
Cafe Athena

While it's a bit of a drive, this winery is a fun way to spend an afternoon!
Volcan Mountain Winery
The bagels here are very fresh! You can also pick up some challah dough to make your own fresh bread at home.

Everything here is great, but I love the conchas the most!

This is usually offered in the Spring/Summer months and is a fun way to try out a variety of food trucks!
