Get your toughest Stanley and fill it with crushed ice and cold cold water…
Quencher H2.0 Travel Tumbler | 30 OZ - Stanley 1913
… and fill that sucker with sugar free Liquid IV. Believe me, you're gonna need to sip on it throughout this process.
Sugar-Free | Liquid I.V.
Start by combing through hair with a boar bristle brush for 3-5 minutes. Work from root to end, making sure those natural oils are evenly distributed throughout the hair.
Stimulate the scalp with one of these suckers before applying hair oil.
HEETA Scalp Massager Hair Growth Silicone
The most effective hair oil I've ever used. Period.
HoliRoots™ Hair Oil - Fable & Mane
Put your oiled hair in a protective hairstyle (French braid is usually my go-to) and go do a workout. This is my excuse to get on the walking pad and watch YouTube.

Once you're done with the workout, dry brush your body working towards the heart.

THE SHOWER
Wash out the hair oil with a clarifying shampoo. Only use this on your roots! Make sure to massage it into your scalp really well (this is another great opportunity to use the scalp massager from earlier).
Ceremonia Papaya Scalp Scrub Shampoo
Get shampoo allll over your roots. Again, you can use the scalp massager. Split your hair into a top and bottom section and make sure you give the bottom section a good rinse.
Moroccanoil Shampoo
Turn off the shower head, wring out the excess water in your hair, and give it a thorough brush with *this hairbrush*. I cannot explain its magical powers. All I know is that I was a kid who always had tangled, curly hair and now I do not.
Wet Brush
Hair mask time! Apply this to mids and ends, then let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Don't Despair, Repair!™ Deep Conditioning Hair Mask
While the hair mask is sitting, slather on this hair removal cream. Remove it with the accompanying spatula 5-10 minutes after application.
Veet Sensitive Skin Hair Removal Cream
Turn the water back on, gently scrape off the hair removal cream, and rinse off your body with the best soap of all time.
Buy Almond Castile Soap - Liquid Wash for Face, Body, Home & More
Rinse out the hair mask, wring out the excess water from your hair, and apply the conditioner to your mids and ends. Wait 5-10 minutes.
Moroccanoil Conditioner
While the conditioner is setting, use an African net sponge and Dr. Bronner's to get a gentle exfoliation.
African Net Sponge
Rinse out the conditioner, then finish the shower on the coldest water temperature you can tolerate and wash your body one last time with a moisturizing cleanser. I'm a method stan for life (the Pure Peace rose scent is my all-time favorite).

Post-Shower
Get out of the shower and immediately use a bath sheet (not a bath towel!) to pat dry everywhere. Trust.
Bath Sheets
Once your skin is damp (not completely dry), put on a waffle knit robe and prepare for battle.
Waffle Knit Robe
Give your hair one more brush through with the Wet brush and put it up in a microfiber towel while you finish the rest of the routine.
The Microfiber Hair Towel - Crown Affair
Spray your face with rose water. Bonus points if you keep it in a beauty fridge.
Organic Rose Water Spray
I need to use this essence every day or I will violently revolt. You've been warned.
Facial Treatment Essence SK-II
Sheet mask time! This is my holy grail sheet mask (especially from the beauty fridge), but I have a habit of picking up different sheet masks whenever I wander the beauty aisle.
COSRX Snail Mucin Sheet Mask
Leave the sheet mask on for 15-20 minutes while you hop to body care. But before you do, get that serum deeper into your skin with a quick round of ice rolling. Feels SO good after a warm shower.
Ice Roller
THE best body lotion. I will not be hearing any arguments to the contrary. My ride or die.
Vaseline® Cocoa Radiant® Lotion
And this body oil is always a staple in my beauty cabinet.
Shop Hydrating Body & Massage Oils | SheaMoisture
If you're a fragrance girlie, now is the time to spray some on your wrists, elbows, and the nape of your neck.
PHLUR Missing Person Eau de Parfum
Remove the sheet mask, making sure to take any leftover serum from the package and distribute it on the driest areas of your body (elbows, knees, etc.). Wash your hands(!) and apply a super hydrating moisturizer.
Moisturizing Cream - CeraVe
Get two to three drops of face oil in your hands and gently massage it into your face and neck.
Marula Facial Oil
This little bottle is a multifaceted gem. I use a spoolie to comb my eyebrows up, and a second spoolie to encourage my lashes to grow.
Organic Cold-Pressed Castor Oil
Put cuticle oil on the base of your fingernails and toenails for nice hands and feet all week.
Cuticle Oil
Release the hair from the microfiber towel (you thought I forgot, didn't you?), apply a leave-in conditioner, and brush through your hair one more time.
Guava Leave-In Conditioner
Section hair into nine equal pieces for a Dominican blowout. Once the rollers are set, you can give them a rough blow dry (just make sure to use heat protectant before this step!) or let the rollers air dry for 2-4 hours. This is when I head upstairs...
