This list of albums and the artists who have created them represents bodies of music that have stuck with me since I first discovered them and affected me emotionally in ways that I could never have predicted. I HIGHLY recommend checking these out if you love well-crafted, moving music. I also love to listen to these albums on vinyl as it adds a level of intrigue and sonic creativity that I simply feel doesn't come from streaming. If you're not a vinyl person though, I still absolutely suggest that you give these projects a listen.

These collections of poetry contain verse capable of deeply impacting the most avid readers as well as those who don't necessarily consider the medium of poetry to be for them. Each of these books has shaped the way I read poetic verse as well as how I've come to explore this beautiful art in my own writing. I simply cannot recommend these collections too much. Enjoy!
