Bought a Fuji XT-4 during the pandemic-era & the rest is history. These are the things I would personally buy to get started with photography. Buying cameras are super personal though, so feel free to use this list as a guide & choose a camer...
My fav external hard drive. I have dropped hard drives and broken them 😵💫 (which is horrible to repair), so the non-slip exterior of this hard drive should not be overlooked!!
Portable SSD T7 Shield 2 TB USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Beige)
The camera i have currently! It’s light weight, great quality, amazing colors. I learned manual on this camera and feel like I’ll stay with Fuji for life 🫶🏽
FUJIFILM X-T4
Editing software I use & would be what I recommend learning if you are interested in photography, even just as a hobby!
Adobe Lightroom Classic
The first lens I started with (after the kit lens). This ends up being a 50mm lens if you use it with the xt-4 or xt-5, since it isn’t a full frame camera body. A beautiful lens, perfect for portraits. Highly recommend that lens for beginners.
XF35mmF1.4 R Lens
My most used lens of all time. The very first lens I would recommend for anyone starting out, as it’s the most versatile. Since the xt-4/5 isn’t a full frame, this lens ends up functioning as a 35mm. This lens barely ever comes off of my camera.
Fuji XF23mm f/1.4 LM WR
The adapter I use for all things photo and hard drive related. Plugs into my Mac and I am able to directly add any cards from my camera, and connect my external hard drive, at the same time. A necessity to be able to connect anything to your Mac!
USB C to SD Card Reader, BnmxTek USB 3

Unraveled Academy
SD card for camera— I would personally use this for larger events, like if you are shooting weddings or taking it on a vacation. Typically stores a large number of photos & could get confusing/challenging if you have a million different events on...
128GB SanDisk Extreme PRO SDHC™ And SDXC™ UHS-I Card
My favorite size SD card. Perfect for client work or personal work. Grab a couple of these and stock up!
SDSDXEP-064G-GN4IN SanDisk Extreme PRO SDXC™ UHS-II Card
I edit a lot while traveling and commuting, so this is the perect case for my hard drive. Prevents damage falls and if you ever had it stored where there was possible water damage. Overall, just protects a very important hard drive! Also, its aesthet...
Case for Samsung T7 Shield SSD
The Magic of Light is 1000% the best technical class to take if you are interested in improving photography skills- good from beginner to advanced. I took this class as a silent student and plan to take it again as an active student. There are tons o...
Illuminate Classes
If I were getting a camera now, I would upgrade to the Fuji XT5, since it is just an improved version of the XT4.
FUJIFILM X-E5 Body, Black
The camera bag I use! It has a lot of storage for all the photo equipment I need, rain-resistance, easy to wear. I travel a lot with this bag too. It's also adjustable, so dependent on what equipment you are packing, you can adjust the cubes to fit y...
Travel Camera Backpack & Bag - PRVKE
I had no idea I needed this, but especially traveling while editing and editing with kids around my work area often, this is perfect to store things (like my external hard drive) to prevent falling, but still have everything connected. Compatible wit...
Afterplug 2-Pocket Adhesive Pouch for Laptop
Likely the laptop I would buy if I were purchasing now. I currently have a MacBook Pro, 13-inch, that I bought a couple of years ago. I am 100% team Mac though over a PC.
14-inch MacBook Pro with M4 Pro
A beautiful tech case to hold all the cords, adapters, memory cards, etc. also waterproof which is always a huge plus.
