Great hiking trails that are well covered by trees to make it enjoyable in the hot summer months.  The intermediate trail is just at 5 miles and has great views.

Newly opened as of March this year, this park is for all ages.  I always encounter friendly hikers on the trails and the playground area is perfect for little ones. This is a very meticulously maintained park with clean bathrooms, outdoor shelters and great hiking trails.  They even allow folks to rent out garden boxes and have monthly events for various activities.

Calm and quiet with plenty of nature to look at, this is my favorite place to walk or cycle. The trail is paved and I love that I don't need to worry about cars like I do in my neighborhood when I walk.  The trails go on forever, so all you need is a good music selection or Podcast to enjoy.

The Clayton market is the cutest little market around.  It has everything from fresh lemonade, fresh seafood and fresh veggies and fruits.  The also have some arts and crafts vendors.  It's located on Main St in Clayton, so when you're finished with all the market has to offer, check out the local restaurants and other shops along Main St.
