Obviously we all know about Soul Cycle but they really are everywhere. When I lived in FiDi, it was a quick walk 2 blocks away, so it was an easy peasy lemon squeezy class to go to before work and get your sweat on.
Barrys is an icon in NYC. There is one in every neighborhood, and I can't lie-I'm intimidated. I've gone to every single one of these places on my list except this one! I don't know what it is, but I have it on my list of fears to conquer before 2023...
Crunch is a great option through Class Pass because there a million different locations and for like 3 or 4 credits, you get 2 hours, and you can sign up for classes and use their steam and sauna if the location has them! Win!
This class is SO MUCH FUN! I like to break up the monotony and especially in the winter, when there is slush on the ground and its just dreary and gray, this is the kind of class to get the blood flowing-plus you will be smiling the entire time.
This class is so good. You will be sweaty AF and it's a little small, but you do some serious work in the class!

Pilates -Yoga-Bare
This class is SO HARD. OMG it's like pilates X10!!! There are so many in the city and it promises to give you a workout that will have your muscles shaking at the end! I've been to quite a few of the studies in Manhattan & Brooklyn and they are all great!
Yoga kicked up 10 notches! CorePower yoga is such a good class. Its heated, so you get the hot yoga element, but its upbeat, more fast paced and incorporates light weights. A total body workout!
I've gone a few times to YogaSpark and have only been to blacklight spark class so I can only speak for that, but I do love the blacklight in class and the long period of breathwork and meditation at the end. I also always grab a coffee at Hugh Jackman's coffee shop, The Laughing Man, after. It's the perfect treat because their coffee is SO GOOD
Y7 hot yoga is an oldie but goodie. All of the classes are in a dark, hot, (no flame) candle lit room with amazing music. No brainer. This week I am going to the Karol G & Kali Uchis class for Hispanic Heritage month!

Pure Bar is a classic that has great music and tones the heck outta you without feeling like a baby deer the next day. I like to break up the everyday of Pilates and sometimes Pure Bar is located in the same studio as Cyclebar so I will go to both back-to-back. I think the 23rd street location btwn 6/7th is the one that has the combo.

Love my Contigo! It's not as expensive as the Yeti or one of the other “viral” TikTok brands, but they are great. Mid priced and really well constructed. I have never had an issue with leaking and this baby has been with me to Europe and back!

Sometimes I don't want to carry around a yoga mat, but I will always bring my grip towel to hot yoga! A little pricey at $70, but if you are an avid hot yogi, it will def be worth it! Plus the fabric feel is really nice o the touch
Another no slip towel, but under $30 for a more budget friendly option. I have something like this one since I only go to hot yoga about 2X a month.
