For Mama
Must have items for you, mama, to make sure that you are feeling as best as you can during the first few weeks being postpartum.
Why I used it: WAY easier than dealing with pads + mesh underwear. Just trust me on this.
Always Discreet Adult Diapers Postpartum
Why I used it: The angled design makes it 10x easier than the hospital one!
Upside Down Peri Bottle for Postpartum
Why I used it: You’ll be stuck sitting/feeding a lot and I did not think of this until I actually had to order a long charger one night while up feeding. This is underrated but essential to help keep you up during those night time feeds.
10ft 3 in 1 Fast Charger
Why I used it: your lips are going to be chapped, trust me. Mine were always chapped and tallow chapstick has saved the day!
Tallow Chapstick: "Citrus Got Real"
Why I used it: Staying hydrated is huge postpartum and having this made it easy. It is crazy how thirsty you get especially when you are breastfeeding.
Half Gallon Water Bottle with Straw
Why I used it: to help stay hydrated and have a little bit of clarity during those early mom days and beyond. Having just a little bit of caffeine in these was perfect to add to wake me up in the morning to function throughout the day.
Electrolyte - Perfect Start
Why I used it: I stunk and you probably will too. You just smell postpartum even when you get that second to breathe and take a shower. This is the only deodorant that I found actually worked.
Nursing bras that are not only functional but comfortable as well. I even slept in them they were that comfy.
Angelhood Nursing Bra 5 Pack Maternity Wireless
🍼 Breastfeeding / Pumping Support (If You Need It)
Why I used it: Easiest milk catcher with absolutely no setup and no stress to help you collect milk from the opposite breast while feeding. This helps so much during let down and to start storing a little extra milk.
haakaa Manual Breast Pump & Ladybug Collector
Why I used it: More comfortable than disposable ones and saved money long-term. You don't realize how often you leak until you do not have them.
Washable Breast Pads
If you are on the go and do not have a sink around to clean your pump parts, this is the next best thing especially when you are in a pinch.
Medela Quick Clean Breast Pump Sanitizer Spray
If you are on the go and do not have the ability to use your electric pump, this is the next best thing to get your milk out faster than a haaka would. Some people even say that these even work better than their electric pumps, and I would have to ag...
Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump
Nipples are not created equal, which means that flange sizing that comes with pumps are hardly correct. When you are pumping you want to make sure that you are using the correct flange size and this kit allows just that! Don't forget get that your fl...
Nuliie 10PCS Flange Sizing Kit
If you have health insurance, check to see if they cover breast pumps (some do). If they don't or you just want to spurge on an on-the-go pump, this was my favorite one that I used all the time, not just went I was on the go or at work.
