The prices here were higher than other shops we visited but we still enjoyed browsing. My husband left with a game.

Stop here between Akihabara and Ikebukuro Thrifting in Japan is legendary. The games you’ll find at hard off are amazing.

We love this bar. I had a fantastic atmosphere. The bartender was nice and the drinks were very delicious. It’s a must stop in that area.

Day 3 - Ginza
This was our relaxing day in Ginza. We walked through the main shopping streets, explored a few department stores, and stopped for tea and dessert. The area has a calmer, more elegant vibe that’s perfect after busier days in Shibuya or Akihabara.

Day 4 - Asakusa
Morning in Asakusa at Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Street, then afternoon at Tokyo Skytree for shopping and sunset views over the city.
Stop here before going down the shopping street. That’s where I took my picture. This is a cool info center that tells you about the build of Asakusa. The top floor has a great photo op spot.

This shopping street is packed but fun to visit. Sensoji is surrounded by shopping streets. Try to walk them all!

Yokohama Chinatown. An iconic space in the game series and its own right. Featuring food, stores and bars. You won’t run out of things to do here.

This building is worth a visit especially if you’ve played the LAD game series. The iconic building is seen in Kiryu and Ichiban’s adventures and you can visit today.
Kanagawa Prefectural Government Office
The red brick warehouse is a historic Yokohama landmark. It has survived major earthquakes and been rebuilt. Featuring a lot of stores and food, it’s a must visit.
