Let your toddler “dig,” scoop, rescue, and pick up sea creatures from the Jell-O water.
Mix the blue Jell-O according to the package directions.
• Pour it into the aluminum pan.
• Add the plastic sea creature toys into the liquid Jell-O so they settle to the bottom.
• Refrigerate until fully set — usually 2–4 hours.
