These are the staples. The places I went back to over and over, whether I was showing friends around or just needed a chill night.
The heart of town. Clean sand, calm waves, and a mile of people-watching, food, arcades, and energy. I never got tired of sunset walks here.
Rehoboth Beach
Fries in a bucket, no ketchup, tons of vinegar, it’s a boardwalk rule. Somehow they always hit just right.

Henlopen City Oyster House
🌅 Quiet Escapes + Nature Vibes
A peaceful bike or walking trail that winds through woods and marshland. Beautiful year-round and easy to access.
Junction & Breakwater Trail
Secluded beaches, wildlife, trails, and dune views. The sunsets here are unreal. A favorite for when I wanted quiet.
Cape Henlopen State Park
Part of Cape Henlopen but deserves its own mention. The mix of ocean, marsh, and forest is stunning.
Gordons Pond Trail
Just up the road. Quieter than Rehoboth with charming little shops nearby. Great for a calm day with a book.
Beaches - Lewes, DE

A tucked-away little alley of shops with beachy gifts, crystals, and cute local finds. Small but full of personality.
