Books that I have read recently or have stayed with me. Sometimes I feel like I move onto the next book too quickly so my memory of the details on each book gets a little fuzzy 🫠 📕 each book is ranked with stars (out of 5) and my overall one senten...
I love a physical book to hold and read but the convenience of the kindle really can’t be denied. I ordered my kindle freshly postpartum after my first and it saved me from so many hours of doomscrolling while breastfeeding 🤱 I have my eyes on the c...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Historical fiction set in France during WWII.
One of my favorite books ever. I don’t personally know anyone who hasn’t given it 5/5 stars.
The Nightingale: A Novel - Hannah, Kristin: Books
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Moving and compelling book that mixes thought provoking story lines about death mixed with a love story adventure.
The Collected Regrets of Clover: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Historical fiction set during the Vietnam War. Incredibly eye opening and attention consuming but just couldn’t quite give it that 5th star.
The Women: Instant No.1 Bestseller by Nightingale Author
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mind twisting. Don’t recommend reading freshly postpartum 🫠
Verity
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Meh. It was a quick enough read but the ending was unnecessary and weird to me.
The Wife Between Us: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
In typical Freida fashion it was a quick addictive read with plenty of twists.
Never Lie
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another fantastic WWII historical fiction. I think I compare every WWII story to The Nightingale though so this one gets 4 stars just because it didn’t beat out The Nightingale. It’s so good though!
The Alice Network: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A book about how one choice can change the lives of so many. The middle got a little long and depressing. It already has me anxious to have teenagers/high schoolers.
Night Road
⭐️⭐️⭐️
An interesting, twisty read but I had a hard time getting into at first. I’m glad I stuck with it and had moments of not wanting to put it down but I was left with lingering questions.
Beautiful Ugly: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️
It didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I struggle with books that start with an idea of the ending and go back in time because I analyze and think about every piece of the story trying to make them connect.
In Five Years: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This one had me staying up way past my bedtime to read more. Plenty of twists and unexpected events to keep you hooked.
The Only One Left: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️
This took me two attempts but I’m glad I finally stuck with it. It had a slow beginning but did pick up for me. The story of 4 sisters and how they handle life, trauma, and each other.
Blue Sisters: A Read with Jenna Pick: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The human body and mind is truly amazing. Non-fiction story of Martins miraculous life and journey.
Ghost Boy: Miraculous Escape of Misdiagnosed Boy
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s good but I wanted to like it more. The start was just a touch slow for me but I enjoyed it as it went on.
A Man Called Ove: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A twisty suspense mystery that definitely surprised me at least a couple times.
Pretty Little Wife: Suspenseful Mystery Thriller
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you could know how long you have to live, would you look to find out? A book that really puts life in perspective and makes you think. I lostened to this on audiobook and at times wished I had read the physical book to peak back at previo...
The Measure: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book was a very suspenseful and intense book. It kept me going but was a little too gut wrenching at times and I had to force myself to take a break from it some nights.
The Last Thing to Burn: A Novel by Will Dean
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cute story about a woman challenging the status quo. I listened to this on audiobook and had a hard time with the narrators voice. I think I would have liked it more reading it myself.
Lessons in Chemistry: A Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️
A book about how every choice we make can impact the course of our life. What if we could see how each of those possible lives had played out? I loved this concept and wish it was real!
The Midnight Library: A GMA Book Club Novel
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A seriously compelling story about the Galvin family and the science of schizophrenia. Have recommended this book over and over to people.
Hidden Valley Road: Inside the Mind
The self-help book of our time in my opinion (along with Atomic Habits)
I will read this book many times in my life I think.
The 5 Types of Wealth: Guide to Dream Life
One of the best self-help books focused on building positive habits. It’s one that I know I will read many times in my life.
