Section/divide your area into zones using curtains or furniture such as shelves & couches! This creates more prominent definitions of the areas (e.g. living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc.), making your space look bigger!

Personally, I like the look of sheer curtains when dividing my space, as the transparency of them creates a soft look, preventing the space from looking too closed.
