Starting my days with a sip of water, meditation, & yoga wakes up my cold muscles and helps me set my intentions for the day. Meditating with the arctic air calms my mind and melts away the mental frost, while yoga loosens my muscles and warms me up from the inside.
This balance of meditating & yoga keeps me grounded and balanced, especially when the cold prevents me from seeing my friends!
