Best brunch in Grand Rapids. So many options to accommodate anyone’s dietary restrictions. They have champagne and alcohol options for anyone interested also!

Drinks are always good, pizza is amazing and I’ve never had anything bad on the menu! Service is so great and they also have a private area upstairs for private events. Live music all the time too!
The Old Goat
Small plates! So order a lot 😋 Patatas Bravas, croquetas and the pollo e chorizo a la plancha are always on my table.

I’m going to make this my top 5 coffee shops! There are honestly so many good ones and a lot of opinions to go around but what I look for is coziness, quality of drink and overall vibe ✨
Best beans in town hands DOWN. You can get drinks here too which are good but for whole beans this is the place to go.
Schuil Coffee Company
Very cozy and really good drink options. Quality beans from local roaster Schuil!
Scorpion Hearts Club
Best coffee shop downtown and they have a really nice seating area down below with lots of space!
Lantern Coffee Bar and Lounge
Little biased because this is so close to my house but this newer coffee shop is awesome! They use oat milk as their base which is interesting. They also showcase local art and really are part of the neighborhood.
Last Mile Cafe
I would say this is the most “classic” coffee shop on the list. They have a homey feel with plants, good light and great drinks!

Awesome touring opportunity to experience Frank Lloyd Wright architecture with this inspired and historical home. I went on my birthday last year and it was so fun. They take donations as payment!
Meyer May House - Grand Rapids
Beautiful zoo and the enclosures make you feel so close. Not only do they have the animals but they host really cool events even in the off season like the Chinese Lantern Festival!
John Ball Zoo
Amazing sculpture garden! They also host concerts during the Summer. Very affordable and family friendly.
Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park
Awesome intimate venue that mostly hosts smaller crowds. I’ve seen Phantogram perform there and comedians like Marc Maron.
