Stone Mountain is a fun place to visit with lots to do. You can try hiking up Stone Mountain or you can ride up. If you can you should at least try Hiking up at least once.

If you are in the Atlanta Area, this tour will pick you up from a meeting point and take you to Stone Mountain for a guided tour. I have not tried this tour, but looks nice if you do not want to drive to Stone Mountain from Atlanta.

Helen, GA is a cute little Bavarian Inspired Town. It can get crowded during the holidays and Oktoberfest. We arrived and parked and had a pretzel, but then it started pouring down rain and we had to leave. So I have to go back to be able to take my time and explore.
