I don’t think I would have made it out of the hospital without a recovery pillow to be honest 😅 the support while standing/sitting back down and the pocket for the ice pack was an absolute life saver!

I made sure to wear compression socks for about the first week until I was walking more, they really reduced the amount of water I retained and of course I didn’t want blood clots 😬.

I made the mistake of not taking enough before surgery and got constipated, talk about miserable! If I could go back I would have started this the day before surgery.
