Prep
Everything before the oven.
Scrape the bowl a lot less to get all ingredients mixed evenly!
With these pans the bottoms of your cupcakes/muffins will not cook faster than the tops. Miffins and cupcakes will bake evenly and still be moist!

Easy to squeeze as its a thiner more plyable plastic but doesn't bust at the seams.
The trick to getting BLACK icing. Make sure its sifted, and use a touch of black gel coloring but this will get your icing the color you want it!
top of the line food coloring. Can be used in frosting and chocolate but NOT royal icing.
