Healthy skin just makes you naturally beautiful and glowing. I just use 2-3 products at a time: a cleanser, toner (only if i feel i need to), and a moisturizer or face oil during cold weather. I use a sunscreen on its own without a moisturizer when I go out. The rest of my skincare is from my overall health care through supplements. A healthy gut is a HUGE factor.
