For context, here's my routine:
- I wash my hair every 2 days.
- I ALWAYS double cleanse my scalp and hair before putting on conditioner.
- I apply conditioner every time I wash.
- I apply hair oil to my ends every time after I wash.
- I do a scalp detox once or twice a week (depending on my mood tbh).
- I ALWAYS blow dry my scalp first before proceeding to dry the ends.
- I make sure I don't go to bed with wet hair/scalp.
- I always use heat protectant when I need to style my hair (my Dyson doesn't damage my hair so I rarely use it).

I haven't dyed my hair since Sep 2021 so my hair is in its natural color.
I have thick 1b/1c hair type.
