These underwear are super low in the front so they won’t rub against your incision site and cotton is the best to wear for breathability and comfort!

I feel like I had a hundred pills to take at discharge with the pain medication, stool softener, vitamins, etc. so having a pill organizer make my life so much easier
Pill Organizer
Trust me, this will help you get in and out of bed the first few weeks when you have zero core strength during recovery. Install if super easy/temporary and you just slide it under your mattress.

I loved having these so I could watch videos or shows while I was breastfeeding/pumping so I wasn’t waking up my husband/baby during middle of the night feeds. You’ll also be getting lots of call after you have a baby so being hands free is a must!
