Great frozen and refrigerated!

Super yummy, and a great source of carbs to prepare for competition or a hard practice day, or even just for class.
Cinnamon with Almonds | Cereal Bars | Breakfast
Sweet and yummy, but doesn’t hurt my stomach when I’m working out after eating these.
