You really can't go to Roswell and not go to the Fickle Pickle. It has become iconic in this city and worth every penny and the occasional long wait.

The outdoor space here is just lovely! It's festive yet still intimate, live music in the summer AND the food is spectacular! It's a small plates kind of place and I highly recommend the smoked gouda fritters!
