Old wheels used gears and belts that felt "notch-y." I upgraded to "Direct Drive" technology, where the steering wheel is mounted directly to a motor for instant, powerful feedback.









You can't use a high-end wheel at a desk; the force will shake your monitor off. I use these rigid cockpits to handle the torque and keep my pedals from sliding.









To hit the apex, you need field of view. These visual tools wrap the track around my head so I can see the mirrors and the cars beside me.
