I made up a bulk batch of padsicles before delivery during both of my pregnancies. Lining them with tucks was so helpful, and even after I was finished the padsicle phase the pads were very nice throughout healing.

I used the ladybugs mostly in the first while postpartum when there is crazy leakage all the time. I couldn't stand being wet, and my breast pads being soaked, so this was a good solution I could stick in my top and still be able to do stuff.
