If you find it awkward to try and work on your laptop in your lap while the car stops and goes and goes around turns and such, this improves your posture and holding onto the laptop so much better.

Gotta keep the laptop charged, this inverter will keep you with power the whole trip. I also like that even though you plug it in the 12V outlet, it leaves you one to still use for another item.
Keep your trash under control in the car while on the road with this must have essential.
Keep your phone and everything else you need close at hand with this little seat side pocket. It keeps your cup holders clear and everything close.
Stay productive and keep your multiple screens even on the go. This attaches to your laptop display and still lets you have your extended view.
Need to print stuff while on the go? This is a great option to keep in your bag.
Noise Cancelling Headphones for when you just need to focus, or perhaps part of your work is listening to stuff. The road sounds can really sometimes make it hard to hear your laptop's sounds.
If you notice your USB devices aren't behaving as they should, a powered USB hub can help with that issue.
Just found this, it has non-slip areas on both the top and the bottom. I plan to get this to use with the laptop stand you can use so it give me a mouse area too.
Out of the "Office"
When you are out of the office, you gotta have a way to take the office with you. This bag is TSA compliant while giving you pockets galore to store every thing you might need with you to function as if you were at your desk.
Keep track of all your items while on the go. Don't make out of the office become lost items.
For the Apple people, same don't lose your items whiel on the go. Attach airtags on your items and keep up with where they are. Or if you leave them behind, get the convenient notifcation of its last whereabouts and that you left it behind.
If a handbag style bag isn't for you, then a well padded laptop backpack is a great idea. Somethign with lots of space to store all your tech while having good padding to protect what you are carrying.
You find yourself deciding to stop for a break from the drive, but still need to get some work done. And wouldn't you know it, you can't get a seat right at a power outlet. This retractable cord might help stretch your luck a bit.
Avoid a rats nest of cords in your laptop bag, this will help you keep everything organized and wrapped up so you can easily pull out the cord you need without taking everything out at once.
This external hard drive is a speedy little sucker. And it is so small, I call it a pebble cause its just that dang small. I've had mine for over a year now and it just keeps up with all my needs.
While some WFH companies won't let you use a VPN, if you can use one, this is one I highly recommend. This is only needed if you plan on connecting to public wifi. If you use your phones hotspot abilities, than you are safe.

Do you think you'll find yourself in more hotels than friends or families homes? Wash your clothes right in your hotel room. No need to go use a public shared laundry.
After hours in the car, your neck might appreciate a good aligning sleep. This cervical pillow will do just the trick.
All that staring at your screen, your eyes could use a break from the blue light the screens put off. A pair of blue light blocking glasses is just the answer.
