These do NOT come off. I repeat: they DO NOT come off!! Whenever I know I'll need a lipstick to stay on the whole day, I wear these.
I love a good lip pencil, and these always last long and are so pigmented. (While we're at it, I honestly love anything from this brand, they have never done me wrong and they're a great price)
