The best fast-drying top coat for regular nail polish I've tried. Doesn't smudge art as easily, and I get at least two weeks of wear.

This is the base coat I use the most now for normal nail polish and nail strengthening. I apply to the nail and under, and I see a difference as soon as it dries!
