Feminine Tailoring & Hourglass Jackets
Tailoring feels much softer this season, with shaped waists, peplum tops, wide-leg trousers and longer skirts. These are the pieces I'd use to get that feminine tailored look without making it feel too formal.
The belted waist is what sold me on this one. I'd pair the deep brown with straight jeans and a simple cream top and let the jacket create the shape.

This is such a good example of the new shaped tailoring. The hourglass cut does most of the styling for you, so I'd keep the rest simple with wide-leg trousers or dark denim.

I'm really into the contrast of delicate lace and satin with simpler autumn pieces. There are slip skirts, lace tops, fringe and sheer details here that I'd mix with denim, knitwear and structured jackets rather than saving for evening.
The burgundy satin and lace already feel very autumn. I'd wear this with tailored trousers in the evening, but I also like the idea of it under an oversized jacket.

Mustard can be tricky, but this shade looks great next to navy, chocolate brown and black. I'd keep the top simple and let the skirt bring the colour.

I really like the clean cropped shape here. Cream works beautifully with the chocolate and burgundy pieces elsewhere in the list, so there are loads of outfit combinations.
