Lip balm is definitely needed. Your lips get very dry and chapped from treatment. Another great item to add to a comfort/care tote.

It's great to stay clean from head to toe. Here are some items you could add to their tote bag that may help them feel clean and refreshed.
This would make a great gentle face wash. This was the brand my hospital had on hand and worked great. I have sensitive skin to begin with, and I didn't break out once when using this.

Sanitizer was a must. Always had it on me. My immune system was low and my hands had to stay as clean as possible in order not to get sick with anything else. These would be a great item to add to the comfort/care tote.
Always had Purell on hand to make sure my hands were properly sanitized after touching door handles, elevator buttons, and etcetera. This would make a great item to add to the comfort/care kit, as this is something that person will most likely need.
