Simple and comfortable alternative style of shoes on a budget! Roomy toe box, true to size, good walking shoe. Not a lot of cushion so this is a good all around trainer. I am able to run 1-2 miles in these.

Great lifting shoe for squats and deadlifts! Keeps my feet feeling stable, great grip on the soles and enough room for the toes! I would say these are too stiff to be used for running but if you’re lifting heavy save running for a separate day!
