This is what I do to detangle my hair and make sure it’s not pulling/ripping out too much
This works best on my hair as I prefer sprays over creams, even if it is a children’s brand. I find it works better than most detangling sprays I’ve used.

After using the detangling spray I’ll go in with a wide tooth comb and start brushing from the ends of my hair upwards.

I put this on my scalp and massage it in. I’ll usually leave this on my scalp for 30 minutes to an hour to let the acid get the buildup out of my hair and make my shampoo easier to penetrate through my strands.

This is how I take care of my curls in the gentlest, non-stripping way possible.
I’ll use this as a first shampoo, I usually double cleanse twice a week and I find that Camille Rose products are very gentle and softening for curls.
