Now this is for my people who struggle to keep up with fluid intake! A Good Water Bottle is a Game-Changer Get one big enough to hold your daily water requirements (at least 2-2.5 litres) so you will only need fill it once or twice a day. For me, straws motivate me to drink—don’t ask why! The straw made it way easier during labour especially when I was too sore or tired to move, and it helped my partner give me water during contractions without me reaching. It doesn’t have to be this exact bottle—an insulated one works great too, especially once you’re breastfeeding and need to stay hydrated. You don’t need anything fancy, but having a good bottle during labor and beyond was a total lifesaver.
